Payment
Visa and Mastercard are accepted, including debit cards. Return check fee is $35. A credit card is necessary to secure Special Packages of 2 or more services as well as for groups of 2 or more.
Cancellation
While we realize that emergencies may occur, there will be a charge of 50% of the scheduled service for less than 24-hours notice, and 100% for any no-shows.
Timing
Your time is important and so is ours, so please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We can not guarantee all requested services for late arrivals.

Services and packages do not include gratuity. Gratuity must be by personal check or cash. Credit cards may not be used.
